Alex & Fifi, Olive, Mango 🐾🐾🐾Every Fluffi is handmade to order in our limited first production run. We’re still finalising production timings, so we don’t quote a ship date we can’t keep — instead we email you updates as yours moves through production, and always before anything is charged.
Only when your Fluffi enters production — and we email you first, so there are no surprises. Shipping is part of that one charge; nothing is ever taken before then, and you’re never paying ahead for a spot in the queue.
One to three clear, well-lit photos. Ideally one from the front and one from the side. Natural light is perfect. The more of their markings and expression we can see, the more "them" the plushie turns out.
Ultra-soft, hypoallergenic plush fabric with kid-safe embroidered details. No small parts, no sharp bits. Surface-washable and built for years of cuddles.
Three sizes, all made from the same photos with the same detail: Mini at 25 cm (10"), palm-to-pillow size; Standard at 40 cm (16"); and Jumbo at 55 cm (22") for maximum hug.
Your preview is a lovingly-made artistic guide our makers work from — think of it as a concept, not a photo of the finished item. Because every Fluffi is sewn by hand, yours will be beautifully unique, with small natural differences in proportion, colour, and fur from the on-screen image. Cancel any time before production starts and you’re never charged — just email hello@fluffipets.com and ask, no reason needed. After that, every Fluffi is one of a kind and made just for you, so we can’t offer change-of-mind returns once it’s in production. Our Smile Guarantee still has you covered: if your Fluffi arrives damaged, we sent the wrong thing, or it doesn’t match the design you approved, reach out within 30 days and we’ll remake it or refund you. (Normal handmade variation from the preview is expected rather than a fault — see our Terms & Refund Policy.)
